★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É um prédio comercial, onde poder ser locados meio andar ou inteiro. Há um estacionamento amplo com 4 subsolos. Tem uma estrutura muito boa de manutenção, bombeiros, segurança, jardinagem e limpeza. A única coisa que fica a desejar são os elevadores, pois com a lotação máxima do prédio, o tempo de espera em horários de pico é grande.
It is a commercial building, where it can be rented half or full. There is ample parking with 4 basements. It has a very good structure for maintenance, firefighters, security, gardening and cleaning. The only thing left to be desired are the elevators, because with the maximum capacity of the building, the waiting time at peak times is long.

Trabalhei no Grupo Gps, a empresa de segurança que administra esse prédio , não sei se você cliente desse grupo tem conhecimento que essa empresa que presta serviços ao senhor, não age certo com os funcionários.
Sai dessa empresa em 2018, entrei em contato com a Stela Mendes Santana e o Ricardo Oliveira Leite, para atualizarem minha RAIS para eu poder receber o benefício de Abono salarial, desde Janeiro eu tento contato, o próprio ministério do trabalho me informou que eles não passaram as informações necessárias para o governo, e desde minha cobrança, eles não respondem meus emails, minha ligações, eles podem resolver isso facilmente, só atualizar a RAIS mandar para o governo para que eu possa receber o que é meu por direito. Sempre trabalhei certo, porquê o Grupo Gps como empregadores não podem fazer o mesmo?
Vou mandar esse comentário, para todas as empresas administradas pelo Grupo Gps para ver se alguém faz algo por mim, ou ao menos responde meu email.

I left this company in 2018, I contacted Stela Mendes Santana and Ricardo Oliveira Leite, to update my RAIS so I can receive the benefit of Salary Allowance, since January I have been trying to contact, the Ministry of Labor itself informed me that they did not passed the necessary information to the government, and since my collection, they do not answer my emails, my calls, they can solve it easily, just update the RAIS and send it to the government so that I can receive what is rightfully mine. I've always worked right, why can't Grupo Gps as employers do the same?
I will send this comment to all companies managed by Grupo Gps to see if someone does something for me, or at least responds to my email.
