Ruim é só a falta de lazer para crianças e animais. E garagem que não tem, temos que deixar o carro na rua correndo vários riscos. Mas em termo de localização e ótimo tem tudo perto com uma linda pracinha bem a frente. Opção de bares, mercadinho, pizzaria, escolas e clínicas. Só ponto de ônibus que não é tão perto.
