★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acho que é um dos prédios mais bem cuidados do bairro. A planta dos apartamentos é ótima e o prédio conta com salão de festas, piscina, quadra, playground, salão de jogos e sala de ginástica.
I think it's one of the best maintained buildings in the neighborhood. The layout of the apartments is great and the building has a ballroom, swimming pool, court, playground, games room and gym.

Tem boa planta e fica bem próximo a estação do metrô, e com fácil acesso a Imigrantes, Av. dos Bandeirantes, Av. Jabaquara. Em rua de mão única, e normalmente com vagas disponíveis na rua para parar o carro.
With pool, kids space. The pools are very cold, not being used almost by the residents. Good plan and is right next to the subway station, and with easy access to Immigrants, Av. Dos Bandeirantes Av. Jabaquara. In one-way street, and usually with street parking spaces available to stop the car.
