O condomínio fica na extremidade da passarela sobre a Av. Rebouças, com fácil acesso ao Shopping. O prédio é muito bonito, com apartamentos de 3 dormitórios, não muito grandes mas com uma boa área de lazer, com salões de festas, playground, piscinas e até uma pequena academia. Muito bom e bonito.
Half "hidden" in a small street with little traffic, it gains an aspect of privacy in the middle of an area close to Eldorado Shopping. The condominium is at the end of the walkway on Av. Rebouças, with easy access to the mall. The building is very beautiful, with 3-bedroom apartments, not very big but with a good leisure area, with ballrooms, playground, swimming pools and even a small gym. Very nice and beautiful.
