★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apartamento enorme! Localização excelente. O problema é que o prédio é muito antigo e diversas vezes temos problemas com canos, quadra ruim, churrasqueira muito mal cuidada. Que pena!
Huge apartment! Excellent location. The problem is that the building is very old and many times we have problems with pipes, bad court, very poorly maintained barbecue. What a shame!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um condominio simples, organizado, nada de mais no local e a localização é razoável, a meu ver. Não é espaçoso. Não é cheio de coisas novas e afins, os moradores são sérios, porém não são barulhentos. Os porteiros normais... Serviços de app chegam até o local, o que é ótimo.
A simple, organized condo, nothing more on-site and the location is reasonable, in my view. It is not spacious. It is not full of new and similar things, the locals are serious, but they are not noisy. The normal doormen ... App services come to the place, which is great.
