Condomínio com.bastante segurança, com algumas vagas para convidados, que acho isso excessial e na rua conta com muitas vagas.
A piscina muito gostosa.
A piscina infantil é muito boa também.
O salão de festa com espaço maravilhoso, mesas cadeiras .
A parte da cozinha bem distribuída.
Porém devo ressalvar que apesar do conforto do salão de festas, na minha opinião seria imprescindível a colocação de ar condicionado, pois fica insuportável o calor quando o salão está com os convidado.
Sugiro que pensem nesta opção.
