Apartment 24 has a dog that lives on the balcony barking. A bag, it disturbs everyone who lives nearby. NO ONE DOES ANYTHING, NOT EITHER THE ADMINISTRATION!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venho há 1 ano e meio pedindo silêncio ao cachorro que fica na varanda do apto 24, latindo para qualquer coisa na rua. Trabalho com tradução, de áudios, na sua maioria; e os latido incomodam muito. Já mandei e-mail às tutoras, já pedi à administração alguma atitude. Por um tempo, tolero, paro de fazer o que estou fazendo e conto até 10. Ultimamente, venho pedindo silêncio da minha janela. Outro dia na semana passada, o morado do apto. 74 me chamou de "vaca". No dia seguinte, como os latidos continuaram e tinha um trabalho urgente para entregar, pedi novamente, e desta vez, a moradora do apartamento24 ficou gritando e fazendo sinais de dentro do seu apartamento. Não ouvi o que foi dito, graças a Deus. É incrível a falta de educação e empatia. Tenho horas de vídeos do animal latindo. É uma afronta à nossa existência. Vou eu incomodar a vida de duas senhoras?! A lei viria seca em mim. O incrível é que outros morados do mesmo prédio têm animais e NENHUM sai pra ficar latindo na varanda incomodando os demais. Acredito que o animal tenha um papel importante na saúde mental dessas senhoras, mas essa situação já foi longe demais.
I've been coming for a year and a half asking for silence from the dog that is on the porch of apartment 24, barking at anything on the street. I work with translation, mostly of audios; and barking is very annoying. I've already sent an email to the tutors, I've asked the administration for some action. For a while, I tolerate it, stop doing what I'm doing, and count to 10. Lately, I've been asking for silence from my window. Another day last week, the address of the apt. 74 called me a "cow." The next day, as the barking continued and I had an urgent job to deliver, I asked again, and this time, the resident of apartment24 was screaming and waving from inside her apartment. I didn't hear what was said, thank God. It's amazing the lack of education and empathy. I have hours of videos of the animal barking. It is an affront to our existence. Am I going to disturb the lives of two ladies?! The law would come dry on me. The amazing thing is that other residents of the same building have animals and NONE goes out to bark on the balcony bothering others. I believe that the animal plays an important role in the mental health of these ladies, but this situation has gone too far.
