★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vou opinar como prestador de serviço, é um prédio mal construído/reformado cheio de problemas, gambiarras, infiltrações por parte da fachada principalmente as cobertura onde que sofrem mais, não recomendo ninguém morar. Agora a localização do lugar é boa.
I will give my opinion as a service provider, it is a poorly constructed / renovated building full of problems, gambiarras, infiltrations on the part of the facade, mainly the roofs where they suffer the most, I do not recommend anyone to live. Now the location of the place is good.

Family together and wonderful sunny days, with a nice pool and excellent beach service. Too bad some neighbors insist on the disrespectful attitude of listening to loud music on the beach.
