★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O edifício poderia ser melhor quanto a estrutura, limpeza e zeladoria. Quase todos os moradores da parte de trás do prédio jogam coisas pela janela sem nenhum tipo de penalidade aplicada.
The building could be better in terms of structure, cleanliness and janitorial. Almost all of the residents at the back of the building throw things out the window with no penalty applied.
