Se você aluga para temporada e quando dá dez horas da noite ninguém vai fazer barulho, ok, atende.
Mas se você vai e gosta de ficar até tarde conversando, rindo etc, não recomendo que se hospede nesse condomínio, porque há moradores nele e você não poderá fazer barulho após as dez horas. Tente achar uma casa, bem melhor.

But if you go and like to stay up late talking, laughing, etc., I don't recommend you to stay in this condominium, because there are residents in it and you won't be able to make noise after ten o'clock. Try to find a better house.
