★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótima Residência, conheço lá desde da época da inauguração do prédio até os dias de hoje.
O prédio tem por volta de uns 12 anos ,mas constantemente vêm melhorando como reformas que vão desde da melhorias da academia, ampliação do salão de festas, novo salão de jogos, briqudoteca , uma excelente área de vivência no PlayGround e por fim a reforma na fachada do prédio que oferece ao local um grande glamour.
PS: O aquecimento de água dos apartamentos é feito via gás o que economiza muito a conta de energia e são 4 apartamentos por andar em 16 andares, mas garanto a vocês que são muitos espaçosos.
Minha recomendação, se procura um lugar para se mudar perto da Pituba, esse prédio tem um condomínio é ideal .
Great Residence, I know it there from the time the building was inaugurated until today.
The building is around 12 years old, but has been constantly improving with renovations ranging from improvements to the gym, expansion of the ballroom, new games room, briqudoteca, an excellent living area in PlayGround and finally the renovation in the building facade that offers the place a great glamour.
PS: The water heating of the apartments is done via gas which saves a lot on the energy bill and there are 4 apartments per floor on 16 floors, but I guarantee you that they are very spacious.
My recommendation, if you are looking for a place to move near Pituba, this building has a condominium is ideal.
