A maior prova de que o Edifício é um Show, são seus vizinhos. Citarei um deles; no caso, o mais próximo; o Ary Toledo. Estou vendendo 2 apartamentos lá. Um dos imóveis fica um pavimento abaixo do andar que o grande humorista reside. Trata-se de um vizinho mui generoso, pois toda vez que ele vê do balcão do seu andar, visitas em unidades do pavimento abaixo, transforma o seu andar num palco e oferece gratuitamente uma piada. Não há como não aplaudir. Nunca imaginei que um dia teria este privilégio exercendo o meu dia a dia de Consultor Imobiliário.
It's a Show Venue!!! Elevators and floors with internal panoramic view. It is a Flat, the balconies have generous dimensions. The biggest proof that the Building is a Show are its neighbors. I will quote one of them; in this case, the closest; Ary Toledo. I am selling 2 apartments there. One of the properties is one floor below the floor where the great comedian lives. He is a very generous neighbor, as every time he sees from the balcony on his floor, he visits units on the floor below, he transforms his floor into a stage and offers a free joke. There's no way not to applaud. I never imagined that one day I would have this privilege exercising my day to day as a Real Estate Consultant.
