★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como o prédio é antigo o tamanho é super bom, diferente do que a gente vê hoje em dia.
O apto que eu visitei tem 3 quartos, 1 grande e dois menores, 1 banheiro grande e 1 lavabo.
A sala é conjugada com a copa (Bem grande) e a cozinha é ok (nem grande nem pequena).
Porteiro 24 horas e a vaga na garagem é bem grande .
As the building is old the size is super good, different from what we see today.
The apartment I visited has 3 bedrooms, 1 large and 2 smaller, 1 large bathroom and 1 toilet.
The living room is combined with the pantry (very large) and the kitchen is ok (neither large nor small).
24 hour doorman and the parking space is quite large.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Porteiros sempre educados, o prédio é bonito, bem conservado e com apartamentos espaçosos, bem acabados e com uma vista linda para o bosque ?? de frente com uma academia, perto de mercados, bares etc é um bom lugar!
Porters always polite, the building is beautiful, well maintained and with spacious apartments, well finished and with a beautiful view of the forest ?? facing a gym, close to markets, bars etc is a good place!
