★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não é que tenha odiado. A localização é ótima, mas por ser um edifício de apartamentos pequenos o aluguel também é mais baixo e consequentemente há problemas de convivência entre os moradores, ao ponto de vez ou outra necessitar a presença de uma autoridade policial no local.
 Not that I hated it. The location is great, but as it is a small apartment building, the rent is also lower and consequently there are problems of coexistence between the residents, to the point that, from time to time, the presence of a police authority is needed.

Years ago I rented an apartment for more than 6 years. Very well managed condominium, kind and helpful staff.

Great cozy place, small apartment more useful, you can spend many quiet days, beautiful beach right in front.
