★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os apartamentos são ok. O problema maior são os dois pontos de ônibus bem em frente ao condomínio. Há muito, muito barulho proveniente dos ônibus.
Apartments are ok. The biggest problem is the two bus stops right in front of the condominium. There is a lot, a lot of noise coming from the buses.

Os apartamentos não são grandes mais também não são minúsculos
A área das crianças é bem pequena, mas da pro gasto
A área de festa é muito legal mais não é muito espaçosa( como a maioria dos prédios)
Tem uma piscina bem pequena
Beautiful condo
The apartments are not big but they are also not tiny
The children's area is quite small, but pro
The party area is very nice but not very spacious (like most buildings)
It has a very small pool

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimos apartamentos, seguros, garagens boas. Piscina no momento está sem uso devido a precisar de algumas reformas no prédio. Porteiro horário comercial. Limpeza boa. Maior parte dos apartamentos não tem ar-condicionado
Great apartments, safe, good garages. The pool is currently unused due to the need for some renovations to the building. Concierge business hours. Good cleanliness. Most apartments are not air-conditioned
