★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condomínio de casas c apartamentos, mistura bizarra. Valor do Condomínio se tornou absurdo e incontrolável com os aumentos depois da inauguração. Uma casa pequenina, colada na rua, sem recuo e calçada estreia que mal passa 1 pedestre sendo toda envidrassada e devassada paga-se hoje em 10 Ago 2020 R$ 1.600,00 + IPTU de R$ 4.500,00. Ah, e para minha surpresa, descobri descobri que o Síndico foi o dono da Construtora contratada, será coincidência?!
E aí, o que você achou disso?!
Condominium of houses and apartments, bizarre mix. Condominium value has become absurd and uncontrollable with the increases after the inauguration. A small house, glued to the street, with no indentation and sidewalk debut that barely passes 1 pedestrian being all glazed and debauched is paid today in 10 Aug 2020 R $ 1,600.00 + IPTU of R $ 4,500.00. Oh, and to my surprise, I found out that the liquidator was the owner of the contracted contractor, is it a coincidence ?!
So, what did you think of that ?!

Mas se vc é prestador de serviços fique atento caminhão não entra os material só chega até a portaria na hora de comprar ja sinaliza pra não ter problemas com o descarregamento.
