★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PIOR prédio que eu já morei, não tem lixeira por andar, forçando você a descer até a lixeira (o prédio não tem elevador) para jogar qualquer quantidade de lixo fora. As paredes e divisões são absurdamente finas, você escuta até o que não quer. O encanamento dos apartamentos é junto, então deu problema em um, deu problema em outro também e se o profissional não souber o que tá fazendo o prejuízo fica com quem contratou o profissional.
Se você é alguém que gosta de ficar dentro de casa e gosta de curtir um tempo sozinho(a) ou faz home office faça-se um favor e vá morar em outro lugar.
WORST building I've ever lived, no trash per floor, forcing you to go down to the trash (the building has no elevator) to play any amount of trash out.
