★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um dos condomínios residenciais mais antigos do bairro Camorim- Jacarepaguá Por lá há apartamentos de 1,2 e 3 quartos porém sem sacada ou varanda e a infraestrutura não é completa tendo somente quadra de futebol , basquete e vôlei de praia e uma área verde extensa. Porém ha ausência de uma piscina . Ótimo custo benefício para quem gosta de morar por aquela região
