★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta organização. Meninos jogam bola no estacionamento, arranha carros, gritam demais, as luzes da escadaria queimam ficam semanas sem reparos. Pouco espaço pra estacionar pra tantos apartamentos, demarcar as vagas seria o ideal, para um controle e melhor organização. Fora q a segurança é bem fraca.
Lack organization. Boys throw a ball in the parking lot, scratch cars, shout too loudly, the staircase lights burn for weeks without a trace. Little space to park for so many apartments, demarcation of vacancies would be ideal, for better control and organization. Otherwise security is very weak.

Quiet and great place to go for a walk or even take a walk .. I just think there should be a little more policing .. I stayed there for 2 hours, and I didn't see if you want 1 PM car
