★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem hipódromo, piscina com restaurante e quadras poliesportiva e de tênis. O problema é que os sinais da vivo e da oi não são bons e fica sem luz com frequência.
It has a hippodrome, swimming pool with restaurant and multi-sport and tennis courts. The problem is that the signals from vivo and oi are not good and it often goes out of light.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lugar é maravilhoso, nem parece que estamos à beira do caos do trânsito do Rio das Pedras Natureza exuberante. Entretanto falta luz DEMAIS! Choveu, ventou ,falta luz. Quando digo demais é DEMAIS MESMO. O acesso é quase que restrito aos veículos pois há ladeiras imensas para subir até às casas. Se estiver à pé terá que se aventurar e ter disposição para subir. Se vc não tem carro tem uma Kombi para moradores que passa de 1 em 1 hora paga à parte do condomínio. Não para visitantes só moradores. No mais ,o lugar em si é muito agradável se vc gosta de silêncio e natureza.. e não precisa sair de casa toda hora. Vida pacata ,aposentados lugar ideal.
The place is wonderful, it doesn't even feel like we're on the brink of traffic chaos in Rio das Pedras Exuberant nature. However, there is a LOT of light! It rained, it was windy, there was no light. When I say too much, I mean TOO MUCH. Access is almost restricted to vehicles as there are immense slopes to climb to the houses. If you are on foot, you will have to venture out and be willing to go up. If you don't have a car, you have a Kombi for residents that passes every 1 hour paid separately from the condominium. Not for visitors only residents. In addition, the place itself is very pleasant if you like silence and nature.. and you don't have to leave the house all the time. Peaceful life, retired ideal place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lugar é lindo, parece que não está no Rio. É uma pena que com a inadimplência de alguns moradores o condomínio está perdendo sua identidade, o que antes eram de família e amigos, passou a ter casa de festa, cabeça de porco e bares.
The place is beautiful, it seems that it is not in Rio. It is a pity that with the default of some residents, the condominium is losing its identity, what used to be family and friends, now has a party house, pig's head and bars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O melhor lugar pra se ter contato com a natureza. Pra quem gosta, tem um centro de candomblé e umbanda MARAVILHOSO E SÉRIO! ( Em tempos difíceis, é bom se ter confiança e já fui umas 14 vezes). O nome do Pai de Santo é o Sr° Carlos.
Climinha Serra, amo o condomínio.
The best place to have contact with nature. For those who like it, there is a center for Candomblé and Umbanda WONDERFUL AND SERIOUS! (In difficult times, it's good to have confidence and I've been there about 14 times). The name of the Father of Saint is Sr° Carlos.
