Além de calmo, este condomínio também é refrescante já que fica perto da praia, então na maioria do tempo, está com ventos fortes no lugar, apesar de não ser barato, creio eu que seja uma ótima escolha
Obs. Lugar de aparencia bonita e estilosa e segurança muito boa com pessoas bem simpáticas
