★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tirando a boa localização a pavimentação do condomínio é ruim.
Interfone da portaria pro morador não tem, chegando no bloco quando tem interfone não funciona, pra piorar a situação os porteiros são extremamente mal educados, parece que tem problema com os moradores, se recusam a ligar pro morador, ja presenciei até bate boca entre morador e porteiro nesse condomínio.
Fui prestar serviço e o porteiro não ligou pro morador, eu liguei do meu celular para o morador e mesmo assim o porteiro se recusava a liberar minha entrada, foi necessário o síndico intervir para eu poder entrar.
Revejam a terceirizada que presta serviço ao condomínio o treinamento deles é péssimo, se é que existe algum treinamento.
Só desejo boa sorte pra quem for, visitar algum amigo, parente ou prestar serviço nesse condomínio e mais sorte vai precisar quem pensa em morar nele.

Review the subcontractor that provides services to the condominium their training is terrible, if there is any training.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condomínio simples porém, muito agradável, bastante arborizado, portaria segurança 24 horas. Super bem localizado, bem próximo a avenida maria lacerda e todo comércio(escolas, panificadoras, conveniência, supermercados, posto combustível)
