Very quiet and pleasant condo. Cozy leisure area with events area, swimming pool and playground. It is not very affected by avenue noises.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei da maneira como eles tratam os visitantes. A guarita não dá pra ver o rosto do porteiro direito e a comunicação entre eles e com os moradores é falha. Fui barrado 4 vezes por exemplo, mesmo depois de uma moradora dizer para eles anotarem meu nome para que eu entrasse sem complicações. Além do mais que a entrada é escura na rua de acesso e portanto perigoso
I didn't like the way they treat visitors. The guardhouse can not see the face of the right porter and communication between them and the residents is faulty. I was barred 4 times for example, even after a resident told them to write down my name so that I could enter without complications. What's more, the entrance is dark on the access road and therefore dangerous.
