★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nós moradores da região sofremos mais de 2 anos com a construção do empreendimento, era descaso, falta de respeito, horários ultrapassados além do alvará, carros e caminhões em frente ao portão, fora a sujeira na rua que ficava semanas sem ser limpa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bonito mas ficou a desejar Precisa melhorar muito coisa .. teria q ter as flores Hortências na entrada como diz o nome p dar um toque charmoso ? .mas está apenas no começo , fizeram a entregas dos apartamentos e nem funcionários p limpeza contrataran. Não se organizarao o a demanda. Espero q melhore ???espero. Voltar lá p visitar minha irmã q eh a nova moradora e ver as transformações q faltam o acabamento , ficará lindo ?
