★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já tive apartamento e residi nesse condomínio. É muito bom e possui dependências comuns variadas, úteis e de muito bom gosto. É muito bonito e bem cuidado mas estão precisando recolarem porteiro, de novo, na portaria que atende pela Duque Estrada.
