★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há 8 anos que frequento esse condomínio de alto padrão, com acabamentos bem caprichados, serviço de segurança impecável, e que aliás, é um diferencial, pois são muito educados e solícitos, extremamente profissionais. Os serviços de limpeza e manutenção não ficam para trás, pois o local é sempre bem limpo bem organizado. Conta com 2 piscinas (adulto e infantil) parquinho infantil, pista de caminhada, quadra de tênis, academia e salão de festas (que se paga a parte para reserva e utilização do espaço de festas). Ótimo local com comércio próximo e ao lado do Clube Pinheiros.
I've been going to this high-end condominium for 8 years, with well-finished finishes, impeccable security service, and which, by the way, is a differential, as they are very polite and helpful, extremely professional. Cleaning and maintenance services are not left behind, as the place is always clean and well organized. It has 2 swimming pools (adults and children), children's playground, walking track, tennis court, gym and party room (payable separately for reservation and use of the party space). Great location with shops close and next to Clube Pinheiros.
