★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo condomínio, seguro e familiar. Conta com brinquedoteca, academia, salão de festas e churrasqueira. Sempre bem limpo e com um belo jardim. Muito bem administrado pela atual síndica e sua equipe.
Great condo, safe and family friendly. It has a playroom, gym, party room and barbecue. Always very clean and with a beautiful garden. Very well managed by the current manager and her team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de segurança dentro do próprio condomínio e falta de respeito com os moradores. Recentemente fui levar o lixo e um prestador de serviço entrou no elevador, ficou me olhando e respirando fundo enquanto deslizava a mão pela blusa. Reportei a ocorrência e o retorno que tive que o ocorrido não foi nada demais, desmerecendo o constrangimento que passei dentro da minha própria casa, além de não tomar as devidas providências, deixando em risco a segurança dos outros moradores. Não recomendo de maneira nenhuma que morem neste local.
Lack of security within the condominium itself and lack of respect for residents. I recently went to take out the trash and a contractor got into the elevator, looked at me and took a deep breath as he ran his hand down my shirt. I reported the occurrence and the feedback I had that what happened was no big deal, dispelling the embarrassment I experienced inside my own house, in addition to not taking the necessary measures, putting the safety of other residents at risk. I do not recommend that they live in this place at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou proprietario e moro aqui desde que o predio foi entregue , e so tenho agradecer a colaboracao da adm , e funcionarios . portaria 24 horas e cameras espalhadas pelo condominio academia , brinquedoteca salao de jogos ,salao de festa com churasqueira alem da quadra , localizacao maravilhosa com acesso muito bom para as demais regioes .... A questao do barulho existe por estar localizado na avenida do estado mais isso ja sabia quando foi adquirido entao foi uma opcao minha, ate mesmo como ja falei sobre a localizacao ..... Sempre morei em predios e cada morador tem que fazer sua parte cumprindo as regras de seguranca e de convivio social .pois sabemos que nem todos respeitam as regram como em todos os condominios ....
I'm the owner and I've lived here since the building was delivered, and I just want to thank the adm and employees for their collaboration. 24-hour concierge and cameras spread throughout the gym, playroom, games room, party room with barbecue in addition to the court, wonderful location with very good access to other regions.... The noise issue exists because it is located on Avenida do Estado but I already knew this when it was acquired so it was my option, even as I said about the location ..... I have always lived in buildings and each resident has to do their part by complying with the rules of safety and social interaction. that not everyone respects the rules as in all condominiums....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O condomínio é bem localizado, limpo, organizado. A síndica está sempre aberta a nos ouvir e ajudar quando necessário. O expresso Tiradentes (fura fila) é uma mão na roda. Vc vai ao Mercadão em cerca de 6 min e até o Sacomã em uns 10 min. A Av. do Estado está lotada lá embaixo e o ônibus LIVRE, vai por cima. Maravilhoso!!!
The condo is well located, clean, organized. The syndica is always open to listening to us and helping when needed. The Tiradentes express (breaks the line) is a hand on the wheel. You go to Mercadão in about 6 min and to Sacomã in about 10 min. Av. do Estado is crowded down there and the FREE bus goes above. Amazing!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moro desde que me conheço por gente em condomínios e posso dizer que existe muito cuidado com o prédio, os colaboradores sempre dispostos e empenhados a exercer da melhor forma o seu papel, como em todo lugar as vezes pode existir algo à se ajustar mas nada fora do contexto, é um prédio bem localizado e possui uma área de lazer! Se os apartamentos fossem maiores eu não teria saído de lá com toda a certeza!
I have lived in condominiums for as long as I can remember and I can say that the building is very careful, the employees are always willing and committed to perform their role in the best way, as everywhere there may be something to adjust but nothing outside context, it is a well located building and has a leisure area! If the apartments were bigger I would not have left there for sure!
