★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condomínio novo, tem área externa Boa, há opções de lazer !, a segurança é boa, não entra qualquer um, bem cercado, vigilantes competentes, têm monitoramento por câmeras. A única ressalva é que não tem elevador, além é claro ! de não muito distante haver problemas com a violência, uma pena que tem sido comum a toda região metropolitana com raras exceções.
New condo, has good outside area, there are leisure options !, security is good, no one enters, well fenced, competent vigilantes, have monitoring by cameras. The only caveat is that there is no lift, of course! not far from there being problems with violence, a pity that has been common throughout the metropolitan region with rare exceptions.
