★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Construíram o prédio do lado de uma garagem de ônibus, apito dos ônibus dia e noite, um inferno total! Prédio com muito lazer, porém a estrutura muito fina e barulhenta, parece que o vizinho mora comigo no meu apto! Muito ruim a estrutura!Quem quer lugar pra viver sem estresse...não procure esse prédio!!! Ou ao redor! Muito barulho ao redor e dentro do prédio!
E aliás aqui no papel é cheio de normas, mais o síndico não aplica nenhuma , fica fazendo corpo mole para as reclamações e não faz absolutamente nada... aqui retrovisor do carro são quebrados na garagem, houve até roubo aqui dentro e o vizinho faz o que quer e como quer e o Síndico só quer saber de receber o salário dele no final do mês!!!
Síndico vendido… quem paga mais aí ele faz o trabalho dele caso ao contrario, só aplica multa quem paga mais pra ele!!!
Tem vários casos de barulho excessivo e ele não faz nada Sr. Thiago (síndico)! Síndico omisso e condomínio que não resolvem nada… cheio de polícia toda semana na porta por causa de barulho de vizinhos sem educação!!! Pior lugar pra se morar… prédio todo trincado… crianças que atormentam o dia inteiro e o síndico e omissso!!! Não recomendo nem de graça…se quiser passar raiva só vim morar aqui!!!
They built the building next to a bus depot, bus whistle day and night, total hell! Building with lots of leisure, but the structure is very fine and noisy, it seems that the neighbor lives with me in my apartment! Too bad the structure! Who wants a place to live without stress...don't look for this building!!! Or around! A lot of noise around and inside the building!
And by the way, here on paper it's full of rules, but the landlord doesn't apply any, he's soft on complaints and does absolutely nothing... here the car's rearview mirrors are broken in the garage, there was even theft in here and the neighbor does it what you want and how you want it and the manager just wants to know about receiving his salary at the end of the month!!!
Manager sold… whoever pays more then does his work, otherwise, only those who pay him more apply a fine!!!
There are several cases of excessive noise and he doesn't do anything Mr. Thiago (supervisor)! Manager silent and condo that doesn't solve anything… full of police every week at the door because of noise from uneducated neighbors!!! Worst place to live… building all cracked… children who torment all day and the landlord is silent!!! I don't even recommend it for free…if you want to get angry, I just came to live here!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu comprei um apartamento aqui depois que uma amiga me falou que era bom. Eu não ouço barulho da rua, talvez por causa do apartamento que fica do lado da piscina. Aqui é organizado, sem problema de barulho de vizinho. Temos um grupo de moradores que são unidos e conseguimos resolver as coisas. Bem cuidado e seguro.
I bought an apartment here after a friend told me it was good. I don't hear noise from the street, maybe because of the apartment that is next to the pool. Here it is organized, no problem of neighbor noise. We have a group of residents who are united and we manage to work things out. Well taken care of and safe.
