★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local de fácil acesso, geralmente existem vagas para estacionamento na Avenida Santa Inês e ruas adjacentes, estrutura de comércio, farmácia, banco Bradesco, padaria bem próximo ao condomínio, ônibus passam na porta e o ponto fica em frente, o horto florestal está bem perto, quanto a estrutura do prédio, são duas torres com toda infraestrutura, com destaque a quadra poliesportiva e piscinas, a garagem é ampla em 2 pisos, porém as vagas são um tanto quanto apertadas, o serviço de portaria funciona muito bem e os prestadores de serviço são atenciosos e prestativos.
Local easy access, there are usually parking spaces on Avenida Santa Inês and adjacent streets, trade structure, pharmacy, Bradesco bank, bakery very close to the condominium, buses pass at the door and the point is in front, the horto forest is very close , as well as the structure of the building, are two towers with all infrastructure, especially the sports court and swimming pools, the garage is wide on 2 floors, however the vacancies are somewhat tight, the concierge service works very well and the service providers service are attentive and helpful.
