★ ★ ★ ★ ★ São apartamento com um tamanho razoável, não tem elevador, somente escadas, infraestrutura também condizente com o oferecido dentro dos padrões do condomínios, local de fácil acesso, pela Artêmia ou a Noíde, e tem outros condomínios por perto e outros sendo construído, a área tem tudo a crescer, com isso valorizar o imóvel adquirido naquela região!
They are reasonably sized apartments, do not have an elevator, only stairs, infrastructure also consistent with what is offered within the condominium standards, an easily accessible location, by Artêmia or Noíde, and there are other condominiums close by and others being built, the area has everything to grow, with that to value the property acquired in that region!
