★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PRÓS: Condomínio de apartamentos bem aconchegantes. Pessoal utiliza os pontos coletivos, dá para socializar, conhecer gente nova. Condomínio possui campo, churrasqueira, parque infantil, vagas próprias e coletivas. CONTRAS: A pista de acesso às vagas dos carros é de calçamento (super apoio) porém está bem desgastada e irregular. De noite as áreas comuns ficam bem escuras mesmo.
PROS: Very cozy apartment condo. People use collective points, you can socialize, meet new people. Condominium has field, barbecue, playground, own and collective spaces. CONS: The access lane to the car spaces is paved (super support) but is well worn and irregular. At night the common areas are really dark.
