★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não sei falar muito do condomínio, mas conheço o barzinho dentro dele e sei que rola umas apresentações musicais ao vivo, o preço da cerveja é razoável, está sempre trincando, petiscos gostosos e uma galera sempre massa, tantas moradores do condomínio, quando pessoas de fora podem acessar o barzinho, isso é o diferencial do condomínio.
