O único porém é o escoamento da água qnd existe uma chuva forte, última vez que deixei meu carro lá, a água subiu tanto que molhou o tapete do carro inteiro.
Very nice and well located condo, close to the beach.
The only one however is the runoff of water when there is a heavy rain, the last time I left my car there, the water rose so much that it wet the entire car's carpet.
