★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente localização, muitas empresas no entorno. Há dois hospitais próximos (São Raimundo e Prontocardio), além do laboratório da Unimed. Bastante seguro, pois fica próximo ao Palácio do Governo, ou seja, tem policiamento constante. Possui piscina, academia muito boa. Único ponto negativo é que algumas pessoas não respeitam as regras de uso da academia e insistem em ficar no recinto sem máscara...
Excellent location, many businesses around. There are two hospitals nearby (São Raimundo and Prontocardio), in addition to the Unimed laboratory. Very safe, as it is close to the Government Palace, in other words, it has constant policing. It has a swimming pool, a very good gym. The only downside is that some people do not respect the gym's rules of use and insist on staying in the room without a mask...
