★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trata-se de um excelente condomínio. Bonito e muito bem cuidado. São casas bem feitas e cujo projeto facilita a ventilação e evita aquele famoso mofo das casas de litoral. O lugar é estratégico pois fica de fácil acesso, perto da praia (Maranduba) e com boa infraestrutura por perto (inclusive um excelente Supermercado bem próximo).
It is an excellent condominium. Beautiful and very well taken care of. They are well-made houses whose design facilitates ventilation and avoids that famous mold of coastal houses. The place is strategic because it is easily accessible, close to the beach (Maranduba) and with good infrastructure nearby (including an excellent Supermarket very close).

Gated community in great condition, adult and children's pool, gym, games, barbecue. Located next to Maranduba beach (walking distance).

A praia é perto mas e cheia , tem outras escondidas com acesso difícil mas vale cada pedra.
Só o Wi-fi que não funciona. Para as crianças a noite.
A paradisiacal place, beautiful afforestation, very polite and helpful EMPLOYEES note 1000, I stayed there this week and I will come back for sure
The beach is close but full, there are others hidden with difficult access but worth every stone.
Only the WiFi doesn't work. For the kids at night.
