★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esse Condomínio, mesmo com câmeras, acontecem arrombamentos e furtos de objetos de valores de carros dos próprios moradores, e quando se vai investigar, nunca pegam nada nas imagens ( que são bem nítidas) ou as imagens simplesmente somem, e TODOS os casos ficam sem soluções... Condomínio custa na faixa de 650,00 reais, com furtos internos e nanhuma opção de lazer, um curral ou .chiqueiro de porcos tem mais lazer do que nesse condomínio, os 650,00 reais de cada morador deve tá indo pra a lava jato.

I live here and I recommend the place too! Very quiet, everything very organized. Condominium full of trees and plants, which brings a feeling of peace to the environment.
