Ótima localização na zona sul da cidade do Rio de Janeiro, próximo as melhores praias (dá pra ir andando praia do Flamengo, praia da Urca, praia vermelha, praia leme, Copacabana...) Também próximo a cinemas, shoppings, restaurantes, supermercados e mais). Minha experiência negativa no prédio como moradora foi a falta de respeito de alguns moradores com os horários permitidos para fazer barulho e a falta de ação por parte da gerência.
I lived for a few months. Great location in the south of the city of Rio de Janeiro, close to the best beaches (you can walk to Flamengo beach, Urca beach, red beach, Leme beach, Copacabana...) Also close to cinemas, shopping malls, restaurants, supermarkets and more). My negative experience in the building as a resident was the lack of respect of some residents with the hours allowed to make noise and the lack of action on the part of the management.
