★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa tarde fui nesse judicial center. Especificamente no serasa sala 303 .Primeiro não tem onde estacionar segundo na entrada as cadeiras são baixa demias foi com um idoso. Pense em mim sufoco. Tive que sentar fora da recepção em um bar do lado . Precisa melhorar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem uma alfaiataria chama Hélio's que é um local maravilhoso. Ótimos ternos masculinos. Serviço de primeira qualidade. O atendimento do dono e sua esposa é espetacular. Super recomendo se você precisa mandar fazer o seu terno sob medida.
There is a tailor's shop called Helio's which is a wonderful place. Great men's suits. First class service. The care of the owner and his wife is spectacular. Super recommend if you need to have your suit tailored.

O prédio é extremamente seguro e organizado, o único problema é realmente não ter estacionamento rotativo e o preço do estacionamento mensal para quem aluga ou é proprietário, é MUITO CARO!
Excellent location, but unfortunately leaves a lot to be desired, as there is no parking for customers and the nearby streets are dangerous for that. The building is extremely safe and organized, the only problem is really not having revolving parking and the price of monthly parking for those who rent or own, is VERY EXPENSIVE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom dia, o Sindico LUCAS desse prédio, é um mal educado, PÉSSIMO sindico e quer tratar as pessoas (independente de ser o dono das salas ou inquilino ou ainda funcionário das salas) como qualquer coisa ou capacho, espero que essa reclamação chegue até o DONO DO PRÉDIO E TOME AS DEVIDAS PROVIÊNCIAS, porque ele precisa aprender a tratar as pessoas. Assim como o porteiro dele CARLOS, que inclusive perdemos um contrato de cliente pela estupidez desse porteiro!!!!!!
