★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não trata-se de um condomínio pois não tem porteiro nem portões. Acho que o ideal seria chamar de loteamento ou algo do tipo. Tem bastante casa e aparentemente e bem tranquilo. Dá até um certo desconforto do lugar ser abandonado.
This is not a condominium because it has no doorman or gates. I think the ideal would be to call it allotment or something. It has enough house and apparently and very calm. It gives even a certain discomfort of the place being abandoned.
