Já fiquei em 2 diferentes e NÃO recomendo o apto do Sr. Charles (tem no Airbnb), um apto térreo com 2 quartos, pois se encontra em péssimo estado de conservação, limpeza deixou a desejar.
Ah, outra dica. A recepção deve ser mais organizada, principalmente com o registro dos hóspedes.
The condo is excellent, sensational structure. But it is necessary to be careful with the apt that is rented.
I have already stayed in 2 different rooms and I do NOT recommend the fit of Mr. Charles (has on Airbnb), a ground floor apartment with 2 bedrooms, as it is in a very bad state of repair, cleanliness left something to be desired.
Ah, another tip. The reception should be more organized, especially with the registration of guests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu filho alugou um apartamento neste condominio para passarmos alguns dias. Ótimo apartamento, mas precisando de mais alguns utensílios para o dia a dia. O condomínio tem uma ótima piscina, salão de ginástica, quadra poliesportiva, boa segurança, próximo do centro.
My son rented an apartment in this condominium to spend a few days. Great apartment, but needing some more utensils for the day to day. The condominium has a great swimming pool, gym, sports court, good security, close to the center.
