I went to visit a friend who lives in this condo and I really enjoyed it. Very beautiful place, pleasant with an excellent eatrututa. Like any condominium with this type of structure, small repairs will always exist, but currently the condominium is very well maintained.

Possui fácil acesso a praia e as instalações contam com ums bela piscina, cercada de jardins e algumas outras comodidades típicas de um bem estruturado condomínio. Unidades de 2 ou 3 quartos, além de coberturas, de bom padrão de acabamento.
Condominium occupies an entire block in the neighborhood of Recreio dos Bandeirantes. It has easy access to the beach and the facilities have a beautiful swimming pool, surrounded by gardens and some other amenities typical of a well-structured condominium. 2 or 3 bedroom units, in addition to covers, with a good standard of finish.

I love this condo! Organized, safe and has nice people as residents. They just need to invest in cleaning the pool. Year in and year out and the pool remains with dirty edges.
