★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nota zero. Fui ver apartamento nesse condomínio e não chegarei mais perto. Adm precária. Rodeado de terreno abandonado e vazio. Não permitem animais circular na área interna que é imensa. Valor do condomínio muito alto pelo que entrega. As várias piscinas infantis são inúteis e ocupam uma grande área. A academia de tão simplória e com aparelhos enferrujados que chega a dar pena dos usuários. Procurem mais e não comprem ou aluguem aí. Existem melhores opções na região.
Grade zero. I went to see an apartment in this condominium and I won't come any closer. Precarious admin. Surrounded by abandoned and empty land. Animals are not allowed to circulate in the internal area, which is immense. Very high condominium value for what it delivers. The various children's pools are useless and occupy a large area. The academy is so simple and with rusty appliances that users feel sorry for it. Look for more and don't buy or rent there. There are better options in the region.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e atenciosos. Condomínio não é muito grande. A piscina é boa, mas acho um absurdo ter que pagar um valor alto pra usar a churrasqueira, já que o valor do condomínio não é barato.
The staff are very friendly and attentive. Condo is not very big. The pool is good, but I find it absurd to have to pay a high price to use the barbecue, since the value of the condominium is not cheap.
