Very comfortable. The houses are small, the playground meets the good pool. And the kids love the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condominio muito bonito. Teria tudo pra ser bem melhor se não fosse a falta de gestão, pois passam-se tempos com as ruas sem iluminação pública (que é da responsabilidade da administração do referido condominio).
Mas em relação à segurança e ser bem tranquilo, é excelente.
Very beautiful condominium. It would have been much better if it weren't for the lack of management, as people spend time with the streets without public lighting (which is the responsibility of the administration of the aforementioned condominium).
