Excellent, but the court even with renovation is not viable, corners are holes and metal tables that make a lot of noise and annoy.

A portaria não tem segurança, qualquer um entra a hora que quer sem precisar se identificar.
Great place to live, however the buildings have structural problems and their wiring is old which causes power outages.
The concierge has no security, anyone can enter whenever they want without identifying themselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desorganizado e taxa de condomínio caríssima. Não tem interfone nos aptos. Não tem área de lazer. Não tem gás encanado. A taxa de esgoto é caríssima. Não sei porque tão caro o condomínio. Lugar desprezível. O taxa do condomínio não cobre nada. Apenas portaria e uma quase limpeza.enfim péssimo lugar pra morar.
Disorganized and very expensive condominium fee. There is no intercom in the rooms. There is no leisure area. There is no piped gas. The sewage tax is very expensive. I don't know why the condo is so expensive. Despicable place. The condominium fee does not cover anything. Just concierge and an almost clean. Finally bad place to live.
