★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A administração não é atenciosa, não tem estrutura para alta temporada. O espaço tem tudo para ser excelente, mas a administração falha. Os apartamentos são bem bonitos e a localização é muito boa.
Management is not attentive, has no structure for high season. The space has everything to be excellent, but the management fails. The apartments are very nice and the location is very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condomínio péssimo, sempre acaba água , funcionários mal educados e ainda nos cobrou um valor a mais de estacionamento de 40 reais referindo ser um valor de segurança, e que iriam devolver no check-out, mentira, não devolveram e ficamos no prejuízo. Responsável Vanessa disse que não poderia dar conta de um valor que não foi repassado para a administração
Terrible condominium, water always runs out, rude staff and they even charged us an extra amount of 40 reais for parking, referring to a security value, and that they would return it at check-out, a lie, they didn't return it and we were at a loss. Responsible Vanessa said that she could not account for an amount that was not passed on to the administration
