★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em limpeza e sinalização, perfeitos. Em compensação , dos 2 elevadores, somente há 1 em funcionamento, que transporta somente 2 pessoas por vez (devido a pandemia). Segundo informação do funcionário, o outro elevador está em conserto... Porém, em cada andar foi colocado um armário de aço para bloquear o acesso... Se o defeito fosse recente, haveria necessidade de apor objeto tão grande em cada andar? Um aviso não seria suficiente? É deboche com os usuários!!!!!! Verdade é que, sentia-me mal e me vi obrigada a descer do 5º andar, pelas escadas; assim não fosse, aguardaria não sei por qto tempo, vez que o elevador ao subir, logicamente ultrapassava o meu andar e já descia com as 2 pessoas... Mais atenção, Sr. Síndico.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No condomínio existe um Studio de dança Allegro, onde minha filha faz ballet ,popdance e TIKTOK,eu faço jazz, ballet adulto e dança de salão. Tudo muito limpo e financeiramente acessível.
