Mau humorados, cara fechada o tempo todo, não são atenciosos e PRINCIPALMENTE o porteiro GERSON, extremamente grosso, olhando com cara feia, parece que está fazendo um favor para as pessoas ou que está trabalhando de maneira obrigada. Precisa urgente de treinamento !
Clean, organized and familiar place. Lacks concierge service. Moody, frowning all the time, they are not attentive and MAINLY the extremely thick, glowering porter GERSON seems to be doing people a favor or working in a thank you way. Need urgent training!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bem localizado e com piscina e play ground bem cuidados. Fomos bem recebidos mas o sinal de Wi-Fi, apesar de aberto é péssimo. Além disso não tem garagem coberta e muito menos demarcada. Tivemos que deixar o carro distante do apartamento por conta disso
Well located and with a well maintained swimming pool and play ground. We were well received but the Wi-Fi signal, although open, is terrible. In addition there is no covered garage and much less demarcated. We had to leave the car far from the apartment because of that

Fiz uma reserva pelo Booking para 04 diárias para o Reveillon de 2020. Na sequência entrei em contato com a anfitriã que logo me respondeu dizendo que ia checar minha reserva e logo me responderia. Logo na sequência recebi um e-mail do Booking dizendo que o preço estava errado e passou outro preço e pediu para eu responder se aceitava ou se queria cancelar a reserva. Respondi pedindo confirmação do valor correto, mas não responderam mais. Na sequência, chamei a anfitriã novamente para confirmar os novos valores e a mesma me disse que estava dirigindo no momento e que logo me responderia. Passou o dia todo e nada de nenhuma explicação. Cancelei a reserva pois se começa assim enrolado, imagina no final! Péssimo atendimento!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
I made a reservation for the Booking for 04 per day for New Year's Eve of 2020. Then I contacted the hostess who soon answered me saying that she was going to check my reservation and soon she would answer me. Right after that I received an e-mail from Booking saying that the price was wrong and passed another price and asked me to respond if I accepted or if I wanted to cancel the reservation. I answered asking for confirmation of the correct amount, but did not respond anymore. Afterwards, I called the hostess again to confirm the new values and she told me that she was driving at the moment and that soon she would answer me. All day passed and no explanation at all. I canceled the reservation because if it starts so curled, imagine in the end! Terrible attendance!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito confortável, atendimento excelente, a limpeza acontece pouco antes de você entrar no local, condomínio muito bem localizado com acesso a mercado e várias praias. Super recomendo.
Very comfortable, excellent service, cleaning takes place just before you enter the site, condominium very well located with access to the market and several beaches. I highly recommend it.
