Tem segurança, um dos pontos negativos e que se a pessoa não tiver carro, o ponto de ônibus é um pouco distante. Eu particularmente não gosto muito do tamanho dos apartamentos, porém a necessidade de cada um e que vai delimitar o espaço necessário para a sua convivência.
