★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local agradável, morei por alguns anos a tempos atrás e hoje o ambiente está muito melhor nos quesitos limpeza, iluminação, conservação das áreas comuns, porém o estacionamento ainda não tem coberta. Talvez um dia volte a residir novamente lá.
Nice place, I lived for a few years a while ago and today the environment is much better in terms of cleaning, lighting, conservation of common areas, but the parking lot is not covered yet. Perhaps one day I will live there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Organizado, portaria 24h, ambiente aberto e apartamentos grandes com 2 ou 3 quartos. Muito bom para quem tem carro/moto ou trabalha no centro, pois na porta passa ônibus direto para o centro.
Organized, 24-hour concierge, open atmosphere and large apartments with 2 or 3 bedrooms. Very good for those who have a car/motorcycle or work in the center, as the bus passes directly to the center at the door.
